Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver lectures on topics related to hospital administration, healthcare management, and related fields.
- Prepare course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and examinations.
- Update curriculum regularly to reflect current industry trends and best practices
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences through case studies, group discussions, and hands-on projects.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and institutions to integrate practical insights into the curriculum.
- Organize guest lectures, workshops, and seminars to enhance students’ exposure to the industry.
- Assist in arranging internships and placement opportunities for students.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Education:
- Masters degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Ph.D. or equivalent academic qualifications are preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience in an academic setting is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare policies, and management principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage students.
- Proficiency in using educational technologies and online learning platforms.
