Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver lectures on topics related to hospital administration, healthcare management, and related fields.
• Prepare course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and examinations.
• Update curriculum regularly to reflect current industry trends and best practices

• Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters.
• Facilitate interactive learning experiences through case studies, group discussions, and hands-on projects.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and institutions to integrate practical insights into the curriculum.
• Organize guest lectures, workshops, and seminars to enhance students’ exposure to the industry.
• Assist in arranging internships and placement opportunities for students.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Education:
• Masters degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Ph.D. or equivalent academic qualifications are preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience in an academic setting is an advantage.
