Responsibilities:

2. Assess Students’ Abilities: Conduct initial assessments to evaluate students’ language proficiency levels and identify areas for improvement. Regularly assess students’ progress through practice tests, mock exams, and other evaluation methods.
3. Provide Instruction and Feedback: Deliver effective and engaging lessons that address students’ individual learning needs. Teach essential language skills, such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and comprehension, as well as specific strategies for each IELTS test section. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students overcome challenges and improve their performance.
4. Track Student Progress: Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, performance, and development. Prepare progress reports and communicate with students or their parents/guardians to discuss strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
5. Adapt Teaching Methods: Modify teaching techniques and materials to accommodate students with different learning styles, levels of proficiency, and academic goals. Employ a variety of instructional resources, including textbooks, audiovisual materials, online platforms, and authentic IELTS practice materials.
6. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, changes, and updates in the IELTS examination format, scoring criteria, and teaching methodologies. Continuously enhance your own knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities and self-study.
7. Motivate and Support Students: Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters students’ confidence, motivation, and commitment. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to help students overcome challenges, build their English language skills, and achieve their target scores.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Possess a bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. A TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) or TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certification is highly desirable.
2. Expertise: Have a strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and comprehension. Familiarity with the IELTS examination format, scoring system, and test-taking strategies is essential.
