The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, particularly in values-based social education, and a commitment to fostering positive character development and social awareness in young learners. Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience teaching or working with children in a classroom setting, preferably in the field of social and emotional learning or values-based education.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and the ability to tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Demonstrated commitment to promoting values such as kindness, empathy, respect, responsibility, and fairness.
• Creative and innovative approach to teaching, with the ability to develop engaging lessons and activities that capture students’ interest and foster critical thinking.
• Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
• Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms for delivering remote or blended learning experiences is a plus.
