as valid experience), you may be the one that we are looking for… Simple as that! Plus, you must be ‘very’ good (if not great) at: 1

Being inside the classroom with students 2

Experienced with preparation of activities, lesson plans etc

Talking to parents and understanding/solving their issues 4

Anything and everything related to students’ learning and academic growth It is an absolute must that you are: 1

A passionate counselor, an influential speaker and a motivating leader 2

Your command over written/spoken English is at least 8/10 3

You are ready to learn & upgrade yourself 4

Your decision-making is simple and result-oriented 5

Ready to work extra hours if and when that is needed If you are driven by the passion to grow faster than your peers and you are looking for a school that challenges you to be at your best daily, your time reading all of this was worth it
