Position – Teacher Trainer
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Teacher Training Ast. Mgr to devise teacher
training strategy and written competitions, Take training, oversee its implementation and
assess its outcomes.
Identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives.
Taking Care of E- learning trainings and Uploads
Requirements
 Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and teacher training
 Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
 Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
 Should be able to create relevant content based on the inputs shared.
 Work with subject matter experts on designing training content – for content
marketing , prepare questions for the exam . Plan roll out of programs including
timelines, target audience and location
 Conduct training programs for various audience groups( Teachers, Marketing
team), as and when required.
 Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching,
on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
 Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
 Ready to learn and adapt to the technological requirements.
 Maintain and regularly update curriculum database and training records
 Adept at using Google Apps for Education for communication and collaboration
 Explore innovative tools for training like–Clipbooks, whatsapp, Socialnetworking
sites; ggroups ,ghangouts, linkedin, blogs and Facebook
 Ability to work towards employers branding

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
