Roles and Responsibilities:

Domain related

Have sizeable awareness of Curriculum and its implementation

Assess needs for training of teachers & internal Team

Align training with the organization’s goals

Develop and implement training programs as per training calendar

Review and select training materials, if required from external vendors

Update training programs to ensure that they are relevant

Teach training methods and upskill Managers and educators

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructor

Oversee training and development staff

Documentation of all training programs conducted in the year

Technology related

Train ‘Office’ users

Analyse training related data using Excel

Use different digital options, ranging from setting up online classes, to creating

online quizzes with advanced features and interactive online options like

‘Whiteboard’, ‘Padlet’ etc for Learning & Development

Resolve basic hardware glitches during training

Soft skills related

Communicate effectively (English language proficiency minimum CEFR B2

Level)

Develop Rapport quickly with team and schools

Empathetic approach towards Andragogy

Well-groomed and pleasant disposition

Qualification & Eligibility:

Awareness and handling of

1. Variety of learning tools/Apps for Trainee-engagement during Online sessions.

2. features of Online meetings like Jamboard, BO rooms, Co-host etc

3. G-drive (folder creation, Upload, moving files, live-editing of excel or word files)

4. video creating apps

5. mails with Clients, independently

Location:

Base location – Bangalore and Mumbai

Should be willing to travel to tied up cities

Salary Budget:

Upto 8 LPA
