Job Overview:

The position requires the candidate to travel to our schools(ORCHIDS The International School) across India. Their main responsibility includes working towards the professional development of teachers through rigorous training and providing ongoing support.

Responsibilities and Duties: Content (Primary Task):

• Design training programs in collaboration with the SMEs (Subject matter experts)
• Conduct training (Offline and online)
• Monitor execution of the curriculum across schools
• Observe classroom teaching and provide guidance to the teachers
• Work closely with teachers to upskill them in areas of classroom delivery and classroom management
• Technical knowledge regarding hydroponics maintenance
• Supervision in planting, transplanting, feeding, and spraying stock.
• Identify and control insects, disease, and weed problems.
• Guidance to the maintenance team on plant care
• Clarify team queries related to plant selection and maintenance.
• Explore ways to improve processes for more effective implementation.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc/ M.Sc Horticulture or Agriculture.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on-experience in Hydroponics
• Should be a team player and have a passion for learning and teaching
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
