participates in Development of Curriculum Strategies to Support the Achievement of the School’s Performance Objectives.

prepares Book List for Curriculum Development and Plans for Entire Year’s Academic Work in Advance, Reviews Syllabus Completion and Assess the Progress of the Students At Periodic Intervals.

plans and Specifies Methods/formats for the Scrutiny of Student’s Written Work and Home Assignment and Ensures that the Assessment and Corrections are Carried Out Timely and Effectively.

ensures that the Staff Room and Classroom Decorum is Maintained By Conducting Regular Checks and Encourages Healthy Exchange of Creative and Constructive Ideas and Innovative Teaching Methods in Classes.

ensures that School Rules are Uniformly Observed and that Student Discipline is Appropriate and Equitable in Accordance with the Code of Conduct of the School.
