Job Location- Vasant Kunj Office, South Delhi
Gender- Only Female
Work Timings- 9:15 am-5:30 pm
Working days- Mon-Fri
Qualification- Graduate
Experience- 6 months -1 Year
Responsibilities –
1. Answering phones and explaining the education model of the company.
2. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
3. Obtaining customer (parent) information and other relevant data if need be.
4. Resolving queries and issues of the parent.
5. ORM – Responding to Google reviews
6. Maintaining the database of calls on Excel.
7. Suggesting solutions based on parent’s needs and requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
