Job Discription 

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive for a preschool. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase enrollment and promote the schools brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in education marketing and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the schools programs and services.
• Create and implement a social media content calendar for the schools social media accounts.
• Write and edit content for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement effective enrollment strategies.
• Plan and execute events such as open houses, parent-teacher conferences, and school fairs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain and update the schools website and online listings.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as printers and graphic designers
• Manage the schools email marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with social media management and content creation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
• Familiarity with website content management systems such as WordPress
