Role & responsibilities

1) From Food & Beverages Industry

2) Minimum 8 years of experience in operations training domain.

3) Should have lead team of trainers as part of the overall experience.

4) Should have contributed to strategy designing in a corporate/backend office based role.

Preferred candidate profile

1) Combined responsibility of contributing to design/strategy and also managing execution through trainers.

2) Responsibility for driving compliance and quality KPIs for operations training.

3) Responsibility to align execution as per approved training processes.

4) Responsibility of owning career training program for all roles and designations at stores of Hongs Kitchen.

5) Key processes to be managed – monthly calendar, monthly dashboard, weekly updates and reviews.

6) Training MIS responsibility

7) Learning Management System(LMS) Responsibility

8) Managing team of field trainers and mapped store level trainers.
