Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, high-quality course content for K12 students on the NEXO LMS platform, with a focus on AI, Data Science, IoT, and Electronics fundamentals.
• Conduct live sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance student learning experiences.
• Collaborate with content developers to ensure the curriculum is current, relevant, and aligned with CBSE and AICTE standards.
• Utilize NEXO LMS tools to track student progress, provide personalized feedback, and support student learning goals.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest educational technologies and pedagogical strategies.
• Actively engage with the educational community on NEXO LMS, contributing to forums and discussions to foster a vibrant learning environment.
• Provide mentorship and academic counselling to students, guiding them through their learning journey.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Computer Science, BCA, MCA, B.Tech/B.E. Computer or Electronics or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience in K12 education, with a strong foundation in STEM subjects.
• Proficient in digital teaching platforms, particularly LMS usage, and adept at integrating technology into the classroom.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation in education.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is highly desirable.
