• Deliver learning sessions at the child’s home according to the lesson plan, ensuring they are fun and enriching.
• Plan lesson plans and activities in advance and implement them after approval from the Curriculum team.
• Keep children constructively occupied during the learning session and maintain reports and records for every child.
• Utilize resources effectively to minimize wastage and enhance the center/class appeal with age-appropriate displays and learning resources.
• Adhere to school policies and ensure regular and relevant communication with parents.
• Carry out regular observations and assessments of children and ideate, plan, and execute events, trips, and celebrations as per the Events Calendar.
• Ensure child safety, health, hygiene, and security, guide assistant teachers and support staff, and notify center head of any concerns.
• Interact with parents to discuss child progress.
• Remain calm and composed, demonstrate professional behavior while interacting with parents and team members, and act as a guide to colleagues.
• Manage time, resources, and stress effectively and serve as a role model to children in terms of punctuality, respect, responsibility, enthusiasm, and ownership.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
