Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for candidates who can counsel prospective students and guide them through the admission process. The responsibilities include:

• Counseling students about the courses we offer through Data Calling, Email, and other online chat services
• Gathering and consolidating feedback from participants
• Recording and maintaining information from leads
• Handling queries over the telephone
• Converting leads into admissions
• Maintaining telephonic and walk-in records for the day

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge about the courses and can be adaptable as per requirements
• Well-versed with the background of the management industry
• Must possess thorough knowledge of institutions and programs offered
• Should maintain a professional and responsible work environment
• Capable of shouldering a variety of responsibilities
• Full of energy, multi-tasking abilities, result-oriented nature, and able to take the initiative
• Candidates should come from institutes/Edtech/Universities which deal with UG and PG courses
• Experience from the Edtech industry would be preferred
• The preferred candidate should have similar work experience
