Josco Education Hiring For Branch Manager at Trichur, Kerala Full Time

• Manage the overall operational activities of the branch & execute sales strategies to maximize revenue for the branch
• Maximize student recruitment & be on the lookout for prospective students to achieve financial goals established for the branch
• Managing resources and staff, delivering customer service, developing and generating sales for the branch
• Relationship building and providing product consultation to key stakeholders such as management, principal, teachers, parents, students
• Key account management of various schools, colleges, universities & other educational institutions
• Mentor and guide counsellors, telecallers, front office & marketing staff to improve the quality and volume of student enrolment
• Should possess demonstrated ability to speak effectively to small and large groups in both informal and formal settings
• Develop company’s unique selling propositions using knowledge of the market, competitors and establish pricing strategy by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
