Responsibilities
*Answering the phones and explaining the product and services offered by the
company.
*Resolving queries and issues related to the services to the parents.
*Advises present or prospective students & Parents by answering incoming calls; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
*Help parents in assessment and generating the report for their child.
*Describing the report to the parent and maintain a database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
*Identify Client’s needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.
*Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts and
obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

Requirements

*Good Communication skill with good command over English and Hindi.
*Should be able to work with a team.
*Good in telemarketing and should be customer oriented.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) & Telephone
skills.
*Should be from Psychology stream or have prior experience in academic counselling.
*Highly resourceful team-player, Smart, Enthusiastic, Passionate for working.
*Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Experience :- 6 Months to 2 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Academic counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
