Support development of the Training framework at PBC for RTR alongwith the Training lead
Liaise with RTR Tower Leads/managers to understand the specific requirements / pain areas
Work closely with the Operations SMEs for delivering training programs and develop specific Course Content with the help of Operations SMEs
Courses to cater to new joiners to get them to an agreed base level and upskilling existing employees for knowledge augmentation and career growth through the lifecycle of an employee within PBC
Develop evaluation criteria for each course and ensure results are published for each course/trainee. Appropriate feedback and action plan developed basis results of employees.
Certify resources for fitness to work
Liaise with Operations SMEs for all aspects related to training – course development, delivery, feedback etc.
Creation of the monthly calendar for trainings and roll-out of same to all stakeholders
Provide inputs for Governance with Tower leads
Seamless execution of training programs.
10+ years experience with 5+ years in RTR and FP&A training
Experience of working in F&A shared service / International F&A BPO
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance
Experience with SAP/Oracle desirable
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Good planning and administrative skills
