As a Growth Executive, you will be responsible for executing rapid experiments and campaigns for B2B lead generation. You will collaborate with our design team to come up with content such as videos, blogs, social media posts – and you will figure out how to distribute it to the relevant TG using paid and organic channels.

• Create a distribution strategy on all major platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin, SEO, Social Media.
• Come up with experiments to reach the relevant TG on direct marketing channels such as Whatsapp, Emailers etc. 
• Develop compelling copy for B2B marketing campaigns, website, social media, and other marketing channels
• Create scripts for informative videos about the education space. 
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that content is published on schedule

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or a related field.
• Knowledge and experience on a stack of marketing tools and dashboards. (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, SEMRush)
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B marketing setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit copy
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
• Passion for education and a desire to create compelling content that inspires and informs our audience
