We are seeking a qualified and experienced TGT English Teacher to join our prestigious CBSE School. As a TGT English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to students in grades 6 to 10, following the CBSE curriculum.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive English curriculum aligned with CBSE guidelines.
• Utilize various teaching methodologies and techniques to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on their academic performance.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and student engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the English department’s teaching resources.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students’ attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
• B Ed qualification is mandatory.
• Valid teaching certification or qualification.
• Proven experience as a TGT English Teacher in a CBSE school.
• Thorough knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Passion for teaching and a dedication to student success.
