Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct training programs for state JMD resources with Includes ( JPAM, KAM , Retailers)
Conduct RFR and refresher training program in the assigned Geography.
Performance coaching and mentoring of field resources in alignment with Business needs
Ensuring training effectiveness of Learning Interventions in their respective geographies
Undergo TTT program and obtain certifications prior to delivery of the training program
Manage RFR On the job training
Plan and Deliver geography specific training programs based on the performance gap.
Travel across region / state to facilitate various training programs
Administer written & practical assessments to evaluate learning needs
1. Training delivery of lower and middle management resources
2. Performance Enhancement Programs/Coaching
3. Classroom and on the job training Delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Post-graduate
2. MBA preferred
Min: 7 years
Max: 10 years, preferably in Training.
Candidates required :
Mobile Smart Phone route trainers/ Electronic and electrical comp. Trainers
Digital Platform companies like Paytm/ Electronic retail organization ( Samsung, Sony, LG, Xiaomi, Oppo)
