Role & responsibilities

  1. Conducting and coordinating for periodic process trainings/workshop
  2. Enhancing skills, performance, productivity and quality of work by providing timely training on new processes/development/new software training
  3. Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
  4. Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan
  5. Conceptualize training materials based on data and research & required proficiency in making PPTs
  6. Preparing monthly MIS of training conducted and Feedback received from Trainee
  7. Strong understanding of Capital Markets with focus on Equities & Depositories
  8. Excellent Verbal & written Communication Skills as well as presentation & good listening skills
  9. Tech Savvy to use various online channels of training

  1. Tele Sales training experience
  2. Contact Center expertise
