Role & responsibilities
- Conducting and coordinating for periodic process trainings/workshop
- Enhancing skills, performance, productivity and quality of work by providing timely training on new processes/development/new software training
- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
- Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research & required proficiency in making PPTs
- Preparing monthly MIS of training conducted and Feedback received from Trainee
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets with focus on Equities & Depositories
- Excellent Verbal & written Communication Skills as well as presentation & good listening skills
- Tech Savvy to use various online channels of training
Preferred candidate profile
- Tele Sales training experience
- Contact Center expertise
