Job Description :
- Prioritize training needs based on business objectives, growth plan, performance reviews, career maps, and consultations with managers
- Develop appropriate additional learning methods, as supplements to ILCT (Instructor Lead Classroom Training) in form of E-Learning, M-Learning
- To show students how to think globally, collaborate, and put their ambitions to work on productive solutions to difficult business challenges
- Identify appropriate Technology Platforms for managing Training, which is synergistic with other IT systems
- Participating in different kinds of conferences, and seminars that will enhance the knowledge relevant to business administration
- To take all efforts in bringing the name and fame of the institution to the top level.
Job Duties & Requirements:
Duties :
- Classroom Management.
- Should be focusing on Industrial Exposure.
- Should be focusing on Management Roles and Responsibilities.
- Knowledge in the Marketing, HR, and Finance is advisable.
Educational:
- A Master’s degree in any of the following qualifying fields
1. MBA in Human Resource Management.
2. MBA in Marketing.
3. MBA in Finance.
- M. Phil Degree will be required.
- The applicant knowing the following areas will be appreciable.
1. Digital Marketing.
2. SAP Knowledge (Better with Certification).
3. HR Labor Law and Audit Process.
4. Financial Modulation.
- If a candidate has Ph.D. in any Business Administrative Domain is added advantage.
- Candidates with Hand on experience of more than 5 years and has a Master’s degree in MBA in any field is also eligible.
