Manager-Outreach and Admissions

Reports to – Head Admissions

Job Location- Gurgaon

 Role and Responsibility

  1. Develop outreach strategies to build relationships with prospective students for all PG/ UG Programs with coaching Centers and Schools.
  2. Work on maximizing visibility and improving connect with key influencers like Consultants, coaching heads, tuition center heads, school counselors, principals, and teachers.
  3. Lead Relationship development initiatives across India for Coaching & School connect program with aim of improving student inflow from these coaching & schools.
  4. Responsible for delivering presentations, interactive sessions across different coaching & schools 
  5. Building up School network to increase reach, build up brand and get conversions.
  6. Strategizing and organizing/participating in events like principal meets, open houses, career fairs etc

Desired Profile & Skill Set

  • Strong Relationship Development skills
  • Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
  • Persistent and Diligent
  • Open to travel PAN India

Eligibility: 

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

· Minimum 7-10 yrs in education industry
