Job Description:
- Ensure Smooth Employee Lifecycle Management (Post Onboarding) for the 3500+ On-roll Employees in the State
- Lead Employee Engagement, Career Development, Performance Management, Operational Aspects
- Provide ongoing support on HR related matters (Attendance/Payroll), policies and procedures.
- Identify Talent gaps on ongoing basis and define internal recruitment strategy.
- Create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement.
- Identify and analyze business trends and provide recommendations.
- Prepare reports > Perform analysis of data (Attrition / Performance / Score card) > Publish Reports
- Conduct training need analysis and cascade information to employees.
- Align with business to implement talent engagement and development, initiatives.
- Enable the geography team by cascading relevant insights, trends, and key learnings.
- Connect with employees to understand their challenges and define, development plan.
- Partner with business on workforce planning and identification of required capabilities and skills.
