This is an opportunity to work directly with a European EdTech startup based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The company provides after-school coding and robotics classes to students from ages 6 to 16 years. 

We are looking for a passionate, experienced manager to join our Curriculum and Learner Success team. As a Curriculum and Learner Success Manager, you will not only be responsible for creating exciting curricula for our learners, but also for ensuring their successful, creative and enjoyable learning journey.

Your top priorities would be to guide the teachers on giving the best learning experience to learners, meeting learners and their parents on a regular basis and deciding the learning path for them based on their interests and aptitude.

Must have :

1. Sound knowledge of the latest coding platforms

2. Experience talking to global clients/parents

3. Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication in English

4. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make decisions

5. Experience working with teachers and training them

6. Good interpersonal skills

7. Exposure to different accents

Employment Type: Full-time, remote

Compensation: Depends on experience
