• Ensuring seamless integration of the three key enablement verticals for Customers, Associates and Partners
• Familiar with Supply Chain
• Knows adult education theory and best practices to support all enablement deliverables.
• Drive KPI and ROI metrics to support enablement content development.
• Managing internal enablement and external stakeholders to ensure the quality of materials.
• Drive project completion and work with Subject Matter Experts with the team by removing all roadblocks
• Work with outside consultants and determine the best approach to develop and deliver best-in-class enablement content.
• Bringing all stakeholders together so all enablement initiatives can be automated and run from the LMS and all possible manual interventions can be eliminated
• Keeping a check on updating key metrics for them to clearly see the impact and contributions to the enablement program across the teams/ partners and customers.
