We are looking for freshers / experienced candidates with excellent communication skills for the position of an Academic Counsellor.

Job Type: Full Time

Experience: 2-10 years

Schedule: Monday- Saturday

Education: Any

Location: Hyderabad ( willing to travel when needed )

Job Responsibilities:

·      The candidate should be able to achieve targets

·       The individual should be able to provide end to end solutions right from counselling to admission

·      Help students connect with the right programs, and resources to help them get the most out of the college experiences

·      Meet the students to assess their academic standing and extracurricular activities, inform them about the colleges, programs, and majors, and connect them with resources that will help them get into and pay for college

·      Assist students for course registrations, fee collection etc.

·      Communicate institutional standards for Courses

·      Organizing recruiting events and representing schools at college fairs, high schools, and other promotional opportunities.

·      Highlighting the benefits of specializations, programs, and courses in order to attract students and encourage diversity on campus.

·      Conducting interviews, reviewing application materials, and assisting in the admissions decision-making process.

·      Conducting workshop and seminars as and when needed.

·      Developing and maintaining an active alumni network to plan events, help students find opportunities in their fields, and obtain funding.

·      Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, and resources

Requirements:

The candidate can be a fresher / experienced with2-10 years of experience.
The candidate having sales / marketing background is preferential.
Be able to contribute in branding and marketing strategies.
Must have a pleasing personality.
Excellent Communication Skills. Command over English is mandatory. Knowing regional languages is an added advantage.
Should be flexible and self-motivated.
Should have maturity to handle parents, students or any other professional from Industry or Academics.
Willing to travel as and when required.
