Conducting training programs for all the new executive/refresher batch for peels, facials and dermat related services. (For in-house + Academy)
Planning, and coordinating trainings for existing frontline members
Lead, manage and guide the new joiners’
By means of training, must be able to upskill product, processes and technical skills for frontline members
Assess training effectiveness to ensure knowledge implementation
End to end Coordinating and assisting in Training Academy related responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
