• Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems

• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company

• Compliance management

• Logistics / courier management

• Cafeteria management

• Pantry services

• Access control & surveillance management

• Transportation management

• Vendor management

• Managing facilities in the organization including office infrastructure & utilities like Transformers, Generators, UPS systems, Air-conditioning Systems, Building. Management System, Fire Alarm, System, Lift, Security &Transportation.

• Ensuring regular checking, upkeep & timely Insurance renewal of company assets and property, renewal of AMC / CMC.

• Coordinating with administrational team members including Travel Desk, Receptionist Security and Housekeeping.

• Handling the sub staff category

• Looking at new office set ups and existing office maintenance

• Handling general purchases and procurement

• Maintaining various reports

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹11,448.39 – ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
