Area to Manager-Central Zone which includes MP, Rajasthan and Delhi NCR, UP west.

Traveling -12 Days a month

JOB ROLE-

• Expertise in planning, developing and implementing various product training related

systems/processes.

• Work in close coordination and interaction with various Branch/Business heads at senior

level to fulfill expanding product training needs.

• Exposure to working at the grassroot level and willingness to adjust to the local

surroundings.

• Presentation skills

• Multi-tasking ability

• Analytical ability

• Handling logistical uncertainties

• Design, develop, execute and monitor following for different levels/profiles of professionals (employees and dealers):

– Product training programs

– Refresher courses of products

– Advanced/next level courses of product

– Training need identification system

– Training calendar

– Post training effectiveness evaluation systems

– Product and sales knowledge assessment
