Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct On-boarding Induction Training
- Conduct Functional Induction Training ( RFS / Branch banking / MHL-AHL / Operation team
- Conduct Product Training as per Business Requirement
- Hand-holding for New Joiner staff
- Take a lead role in developing and implementing best practice
- Handle National & Zone project as per Head office / Business requirement
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong Knowledge in Banking, Branch Banking excellent communication skills
- Process Knowledge is must
- Adept in use of MS office Excel, Word and power point
- Should possess problem solving skills, Should be Result orientated process and compliance orientated
