The posting will be in Mumbai (Andheri east)
The company is a shipping company have their own ships of more than 50 vessels.
Job Profile:
1. To arrange Training for all officers. (All Training courses)
2. To liaise with Training Institutes for course availability & Schedule.
3. To liaise with candidates for their availability for Training
4. To Maintain Training Excel Sheet & Records
5. To make Entries in NS of Training Invoices.
6. To arrange Training Budget.
7. To do E-migrate in DG Shipping website
8. To do Sign on / Off in DG Shipping website.
9. To do E-pass for candidates
10. To do Bahamas Flag state ( COC / GMDSS / CDC Endorsements)
11. To do track of Bahamas full terms & Maintain Record in excel sheet.
12. To upload Bahamas Full terms in NS.
13. To make entries & upload Bahamas Invoices in NS.
14. To liaise with joiners, vessels & Agent to connect Bahamas full term.
15. To do COC / GMDSS / CDC verification of all officers.
16. To do Infinity account activation / deactivation of joiners & off signers.
