The Duties and Responsibilities of Assistant Professor In Management
1. Report to HOD
2. Plan, schedule, and organize, coordinate and monitor sessions assigned.
3. Complete the syllabus assigned.
4. Prepare lesson Plan/ Lecture Materials/ Course Material
5. Conduct internal tests during each semester as per the guidelines issued
6. Encourage students to participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
7. Participate in professional development activities
8. Involve in at least one task for Institutional Development during a semester
9. Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the HOD.
10. To organize an International Conference on any thrust area on the relevant subject.
11. To take all efforts in bringing the name and fame of the institution to the top level in the State.
Qualification and Experience
(1) Min 03 years experience as Assistant Professor in Management
(2) Specialization in Finance/Operations/Business Analytics/Digital Marketing.
(3) Experience in NAAC accreditation documentation.
