What will be your role:-

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives on social media platforms.
• Implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
• Form relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews 
• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
• Flawless on-boarding and induction of the candidate post the joining.
• Should have experience in handwriting / personality assessment.

• Min 2 years of work experience in talent acquisition and HRBP role.
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organisation.

Behavioural:

• Maintains composure under pressure.
• Good team player able to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
