Job Description :

· Create lesson plans/curriculum for English and Communication Training for the students

· Prepare and deliver lectures on topics such as poetry, novel structure, translation, and adaptation

· Candidate must have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills

· Teachers with a rich teaching experience in English who can connect with students well and make the classroom learning interactive and engaging

· Groom and prepare students for employment

· Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.

· Teaching verbal communication to students preparing for Banking, Insurance, SSC, and Railways exams.

· Instruct students of all ages and English-speaking abilities in both conversational aptitude and intercultural communication

· To take all efforts in bringing the name and fame of the institution to the top level.

· Encouraging Students for interactive classroom sessions

· Attending faculty meetings and offerings suggestions in the same

Job Duties & Requirements:

Duties :

· Classroom Management

· Should be focusing on grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

· Train the students and make them employable

· Conducting workshops and seminars in grammar and various approaches to analytic composition.

· Perform other duties as assigned

Educational:

· A minimum of a Master’s Degree in English Literature (i.e.) M.A. in English Literature is a must

· Be fluent in written and spoken English

· M. Phil Degree will be required

· Candidates who Completed Certification in Communication Trainer and Soft skills Trainer will be added advantage
