It’s Eggless Hiring For Graphic Designer at Mumbai, Mahārāshtra Full Time

This role is for a full-time and on-site position. Initially we may ask you to work from home for upto 2 months, after which you will be asked to work from our Bandra office.

Here’s an honest overview of the role

As one of our graphic designers, you will be responsible for internally discussing and interpreting briefs, conceptualizing ideas, and delivering innovative designs with a robust design rationale.

You will be expected to work in an iterative process – gradually building upon concepts until the final deliverable is ready.

We work with a limited number of clients, and maintaining communication (internally and externally) is a key requirement.

Lastly, you’ll work extremely closely with the founder/ senior designer who will ensure you learn and grow on the job.

Salary range

Between 2,40,000 LPA to 4,80,000 LPA, dependent on your skill level, experience and overall quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Creating layouts and designs for communication collaterals/ identities/ websites and app ui, from conception to delivery.
• Creating complex and effective marketing communication with social media campaigns, films, graphics and infographics.
• Making boring content interesting with the help of relevant graphic elements.
• Ensuring brand consistency across deliverables.
• Follow and help setup efficient design processes, for use within our studio.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or similar) in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to ‘youtube’ the solution to a problem you haven’t met before.
• Software proficiency:

Illustrator – 60%

Photoshop – 20%

InDesign – 20%

Figma – 40%

• Strong communication, in addition to the usual requirements of creative thinking, typography awareness and design skill.
• Extremely important – attention to detail, when it comes to grammar, alignments and spacing in your work.

Good-to-have, but not necessary

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design.
• Basic knowledge of video production tools (After Effects, mainly) is a bonus.
