Job Title – Student Counsellor
A student counsellor will engage with incoming leads, explain about courses and convert them into admissions/sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve lead data from various lead sources including website and other social media platforms
• Make calls/send emails with the leads about course offerings and guide them with the correct course choice
• Update sales trackers as per internal templates
• Develop marketing skills and knowledge to elevate oneself to Business Development Executive and Lead Telesales Team

Daily Tasks:

• Make Sales Calls: The sales counselor should proactively reach out to potential leads through phone calls to generate interest in language courses offered by the school.
• Engage with Leads: Engage in meaningful conversations with interested leads, understand their language learning requirements, and provide detailed information about the courses offered by the school.
• ·Conduct Consultations: Schedule and conduct consultations with interested leads to assess their language proficiency, learning goals, and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow-up Communication: Maintain regular follow-up communication with leads who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled. This can be done through emails, phone calls, or other appropriate means to encourage enrollment.
• Track Progress: Keep a record of the leads contacted, the outcome of each interaction, and any follow-up actions required. Use a customer relationship management (CRM) system or a similar tool to manage and track leads effectively.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month (Fixed) plus performance based variable pay
