Key Responsibilities

• Strategize avenues of growth for existing accounts
• Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities
• Designing collections strategies for various stages of delinquent customers to optimize collection efficiencies.
• Leverage analytics to formulate pre-emptive collection strategy risk mitigation.
• Identify areas of new business partnership, increasing engagement, enhanced business profitability and future growth with existing accounts
• Responsible for management regulatory reporting
• Developing and executing strategic plan to support achievement of sales targets and expand customer revenues

We are looking for a candidate with an MBA from Tier 1 institute with an experience into handling big sized accounts.
