Name of the position: Accounts Executive

Job Description:

1) Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant law and regulations

2) Preparing tax return and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time ( TDS, PF ESIC, GST, Income Tax)

3) Preparing and maintaining important financial reports.

4) Daily posting of income and expenditure, purchase, sales & sales return.

5) Cash book, Bank book, Journal, purchase book, sales book, and credit notes.

6) Bank Reconcile

7) Invoice & Credit notes

8) Inventory

9) Branch stock accounting.

Industry Type: – Ceramics Industry

Employment Type: –Full Time, Permanent

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.

Salary: – 13000/- To 15000/-

Desired Candidate profile:-

1) 3 years to 5 years of experiences in account department

2) Experienced in Tally.MS Excel & MS Word.

3) Strong knowledge of accounting principle, financial procedures and reporting standard.
