We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Tele Counselor to join our team in facilitating the admission process for students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad. As a Tele Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through the intricate journey of international education, ensuring they meet eligibility criteria, understand visa requirements, and ultimately succeed in achieving their academic goals. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of international student recruitment and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end admission process.
• Counsel students and coordinate for higher studies abroad.
• Application Screening
• Interviews and Financial Verification
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls and conduct regular follow-ups to gather and successfully close the leads and opportunities
• Application Form Processing
• Maintaining the data of all registered students and their Visa status etc.
• Aggressively work towards fulfilling the given target

Candidate Desired Profile:

• Previous experience in student counseling and international education recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of visa regulations and admission processes for various countries.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
