Roles & Responsibility :
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and colleges nationwide.
- Create and update training plans for partner institutions across PAN India.
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams to schedule and plan training sessions as per agreements.
- Ensure timely delivery of training programs and monitor progress.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Arrange freelance trainers if required to supplement internal resources.
- Develop and enforce quality assurance mechanisms to maintain high standards.
- Collect and analyze feedback from students and partners to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage faculty and trainer performance in alignment with academic expectations.
- Implement fair workload allocation processes to optimize efficiency.
- Update and maintain the Learning Management System and ERP systems.
- Ensure training content is uploaded, organized, and accessible on the LMS.
- Provide training and coaching to Learning & Delivery coordinators.
- Support their professional development and proficiency in managing training sessions.
- Manage the learning and delivery budget efficiently.
- Monitor expenses, track spending, and prepare regular financial reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for trainers with the travel desk and administrative team.
