Plan and present the business strategy.

Train and monitor performance of a team of tele callers, counsellors and BDE

Manage the business team.

Provide manpower plan and actively participate in recruitment of team.

Generate revenue for business as admissions and overall revenue

Accountable for driving the team to optimal performance.

Market analysis and reporting.

Reporting to Management on a timely manner ( daily weekly monthly basis) on the performance..

Innovating and implementing ideas for performance improvement.

Provide recommendation for improving business.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
