RESPONSIBILITIES

(Require College Faculty/Professor recruitment experience)

• Design and update job descriptions

• Source potential candidates (Faculty/Professor hiring) from various online channels e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates and Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Prepare & send job offer emails, answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Carry out Joining and Exit formalities
• Managing Statutory compliance
• Get necessary administrative approvals from management
• Employee Engagement program
• Conduct Performance Appraisal on time and determine appropriate compensation
