Full Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Handling Telephonic Enquiry, and making Outbound calls
· Counselling to Walk-In Enquiry & Converting into Admissions
· Handling Revenue Collection from Students
· Students Grievances handling at the time of admissions
· Proper Reporting & MIS
· Quality Check & Feedback from Students
· Assist with administrative responsibilities as assigned
· Critical to be able to follow up high potential leads
· Assessing student goals and objectives, and credentials
· Support digital marketing by developing strategies
· Interact with universities to manage relationships as well as internal communication.
· Able to guide and work on applications
· Formulating relevant study recommendations for prospective students
Experience : 2 – 6 years experience in handling Calls (Outbound/Inbound)
Education : Diploma/Degree/PG (preferably MBA)
Language : English, Malayalam, Hindi
Key Skills : Sales, Telecalling, Outbound/Inbound sales, Counselling, Career Advisor, Sales Call, Admission Counseling, Fluent in English/Malayalam
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
