Admission Counselor: Job Description

Position Title:

Admission Counselor

Reports To:

Director – Admissions

Level / Band:

Entry Level

Pay Band:

INR 25,000 – 30,000 per month

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate should possess an undergraduate degree from any recognised University.

The candidate is also requested to possess a strong communication skill.

Key Responsibility Area & Key performance indicators:

• Relationship with Students and Parents – Educating the students and parents on the programs offered by the Institution and relevant details pertaining to it.
• Callings – Students Database will be provided and counselor are required to follow-up with the students and parents to generate lead for admissions.
• Admissions Process – Assist in driving the entire admissions process
• Report generation- Develop and Maintain admissions tracker and report consistently to the reporting head on the leads

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
