ROLE- Tele Counsellor

· QUALIFICATION: -Any Graduate/Post Graduate ( Preferred MBA)

Skills / Abilities : –

– Experience : Minimum 1 year in any education institute or BPO.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

-Should be able to counsel the candidates through telephone.

-Problem solving skills, Computer proficiency in MS Office , Dependable, cooperative, multi-tasking, team work.

-Ability to maintain confidentiality .

-Ability to work a flexible schedule .

Role :

Cold call to students from various database to fulfil the admission target .

Counselling Students and parents about the course through phone.

Noting all important points during conversation and record in a database.
