Job Description ;-

• Manage entire set of business & operations of the center.

• Manage and monitor sales of assigned product to the center.

• Mange P&L of the center.

• Responsible for end to end business/operations and delivery at the center.

• Manage a team of counselors/BDEs/faculties

• Handling more than 20 counselors and 4 to 5 team leaders

• Will be responsible for team business and performance

• Ensuring that the team meets the target

• Motivating the team members
