Job Description :
1. Implement academic and event plans.
2. Ensures teacher’s timely and effective delivery of academic schedule and assesses student progress to fill the gaps.
3. Manage student’s classroom behaviour, collaborating with teachers and staff.
4. Maintain required records and documents.
5. Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child.
6. Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents.
7. Adhere to the ethical and legal codes of the profession.
8. Participating in professional development workshops to stay current with best practices.
9. Creating and maintaining a safe, healthy, and positive environment.
