The TVET Performance Improvement Officer supports the management of a program(s) in the field; supports the development of project work products, to include but not limited to, program timelines, budgets, reports, and other products/documents as Identified. In conjunction with TVET Performance Improvement Manager, implement a strategy to ensure TVET institutions are more responsive to the labor market needs, and that they incorporate relevant skills and competencies into their training program. Serves as primarily liaison for two or more assigned TVET institutions and works collaboratively to support and monitor their engagement. Works collaboratively with IR1 unit colleagues and consortium partners.
