We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Executive Assistant (Male) to join our team! If you’re a Graduate or MBA fresher with a knack for organization and excellent communication skills, this role is for you!

  • Role:

1. Manage executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

2. Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

3. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.

4.Assist with meeting preparation, including agenda creation, document distribution, and note-taking.

5. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.

6.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

7.Complete expense reports and other financial documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

8.Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operation of the office.

9.Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.

10.Maintain organized filing systems and document management protocols.

11.Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations
